We send only two kinds of email from this address:
- Survey invitations — short surveys for instructors who use IDL Attendance, to help us improve the app. No promotion.
- News emails — only to people who have explicitly opted in to receive them.
We do not send email to purchased lists or to addresses collected from the internet.

Unsubscribing
- Every email we send has an "Unsubscribe from these emails" link at the bottom. On the page that opens, press
"Unsubscribe" and your choice is recorded immediately; nothing else is needed.
- If your email app shows its own "Unsubscribe" button, you can use that too; the result is the same.
- If you cannot reach the link, just write "unsubscribe" to
ekip@idlreach.com.
We stop sending as soon as your request reaches us (the legal limit is 3 business days). To make sure we never write to you again, we keep only a one-way hash of your address and the date you unsubscribed.

What we process
- Contact: name (if available), email address.
- Sending records: which message was sent when, delivery/bounce status, unsubscribe and consent records.
- Survey answers: stored under a pseudonymous ID, separate from your email address. Only if you fill in the
optional contact field at the end of the survey are your answers linked to your contact details.
- Link visit log: which link was opened and when (to detect abuse and automated scanners). We use no cookies,
pixels or third-party trackers.
Purpose: collecting feedback from IDL Attendance users to improve the product; sending news to people who opted in; handling unsubscribe requests; meeting legal record-keeping duties.

- Survey invitations to existing users: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f — improving the service).
- News emails: your explicit consent and opt-in under Law No. 6563.
- Sending and unsubscribe records: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
- Optional contact field: your explicit consent.
Where the data comes from: your IDL Attendance account (name, email) or the details you gave on our sign-up page.
Who receives it: emails and the survey page run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the Frankfurt (Germany) region; this is a cross-border transfer carried out with safeguards under KVKK Art. 9 [DOĞRULA: standard contract signed and notified]. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it: [DOĞRULA: founder approval]
- Sending, consent and unsubscribe records: 3 years (legal period).
- Unsubscribe record (one-way hash of the address + date): indefinitely, so we never write to you again.
- Survey answers: at most 2 years after the survey closes, then deleted or fully anonymised.
- Link visit log: 90 days.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11): to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction, erasure or destruction, have recipients notified, object to automated analysis, and claim compensation. Send your request to ekip@idlreach.com or in writing to {{SIRKET_ADRESI}}; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
